Our K-9 Memorial Committee members will be attending this free, public event to spread the word about the York County K-9 Officer’s Memorial.

Please join us for the 3rd annual K9 Veterans day observance. The event will recognize service animals from all organizations in the York area and is an opportunity to pay tribute to these dogs and their handlers who selflessly serve. The event is open to the public (we ask that you leave your pets at home so as not to distract the service animals)

Saturday March 21, 2020
1p-4p rain or shine (ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30)
Activities include:

~ Hero awards for local service animals
~ Memorializing fallen service animals in our Memorial garden
~ K9 Demonstrations
~ Kids Corner with free fingerprinting, coloring books, stickers and HOT DOGS WITH POLICE DOGS with the York Sheriffs Office K9 unit
~ Dog pampering with free laser therapy and nail trims for all service animals
